The transnational partnership representing 8 countries of the BSR – Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Germany, Poland, Sweden, Norway and the Russian Federation – encompasses a broad range of competences, since different types of organisations are involved in the consortium. These organisations include national and regional public authorities, business associations and utility companies, sectoral agencies, competence centres, as well as academic and research institutions:
